Dust Collector Systems We Manufacture
We manufacture three primary types of dust collector systems, each suited to different industrial requirements.
Baghouse Dust Collectors (Pulse Jet Bag Filters)
Pulse jet bag filters are the workhorse of heavy industrial dust collection. They handle high dust concentrations—up to 50 g/Nm³ at the inlet—and deliver outlet emissions below 20 mg/Nm³, meeting stringent pollution control standards. As a result, these systems are widely used in crushers, screen houses, transfer towers, and conveying systems handling coal, limestone, rice husk, and pet coke.
Cartridge Dust Collectors
Cartridge collectors are designed for fine dust applications where space is limited. In addition, the compact vertical filter cartridges provide a large filtration area within a small footprint, reducing both installation costs and pressure drop. Therefore, they are a practical choice for workshops, pharmaceutical plants, and light manufacturing facilities.
Cyclone Dust Collectors
Cyclone separators use centrifugal force to remove coarse particles before the air reaches the final filtration stage. Consequently, the load on downstream bag filters is reduced, helping extend filter life in high-loading applications such as foundries, woodworking plants, and grain handling facilities.
